= September, 2023 - Started Go Fund Me for Stolen Music Gear

Chronology Narrative:

August / September of 2023 was a crazy period for me. I am always a positive person and routinely set goals and monitor my progress toward meeting those goals. However, I was totally unprepared for the series of events that took place.  At first glance these events may seem unrelated, but the cumulative impact on me has been significant.  

On August 6th my son and I attempted to fix an oil leak in my van. I rented a space at a do-it-yourself repair shop. Unfortunately, we were unable to fix the problem. That venture cost me $1100.  On August 15, the windows on my van were shot out by vandals with a pellet gun. On August 19, a friend asked me to watch over her car while she was waiting for repairs. On that same day, the vehicle and my core musical equipment was stolen. The car was recovered the next day but my music equipment was gone and my friend's car was trashed by the thieves. On August 25, the same car was stolen again. 

Three years ago I made the decision to enter the van life and have been so happy I made that decision. It has allowed me the freedom to get around and do many things I couldn't have done before. But it has also allowed me the opportunity to take gigs and be able to bring all my equipment and accommodations with me so I have everything I need at any time.

Given all these details, I hope you will give serious consideration to my request for assistance.
